Abby Riffee-Neri

Overview

Abby’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes and business torts, along with construction and transportation and logistics-related claims. Beyond her litigation practice, Abby also has experience in regulatory compliance of air carriers, motor carriers, brokers, and freight forwarders.

Abby also litigates on behalf of long term care facilities. She has represented long term care facilities in both administrative proceedings, including Certificate of Need hearings, and in state court cases regarding claims involving resident admission practices and procedures and collection issues.

Abby also works with public utilities in Ohio to address their litigation needs.  Among other things, this has included defending state court claims against public utilities and rate case proceedings at the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio.
