Brandon helps companies, creditors and other stakeholders address complex financial challenges and represents them in bankruptcy, restructuring and related litigation matters.
Brandon’s experience includes prosecuting civil lawsuits in federal court and handling most phases of the litigation cycle, from drafting complaints and leading discovery to engaging in settlement discussions. He thrives on the challenge of handling wide-ranging complex litigation and transactions in fast-paced situations, actively helping clients navigate complicated financial issues and achieve positive outcomes.
Clients value Brandon’s persistence, clarity and adaptability. He begins each representation by gaining a clear understanding of the client’s objectives. Then, he tailors his strategy, balancing strong advocacy with practical judgment, working collaboratively with clients and team members to meet the clients’ legal needs and support their long-term strategic goals, whether that involves winning at trial, achieving an early resolution, or minimizing risk and cost.
During law school, Brandon gained experience representing nonprofits and small businesses in corporate and transactional matters through Hofstra’s Community and Economic Development Clinic and served as a judicial intern to the honorable Wilma Guzman of the New York Supreme Court.
