Clare focuses her practice on complex business and general commercial litigation.
Clare handles a variety of litigation including contract, real estate, professional liability and breach of fiduciary duty matters. She also focuses her practice on products liability, including medical device litigation. In addition, Clare represents clients in a variety of transportation matters, including freight loss and damage claims, tariff disputes and other matters.
