Emma is a law clerk in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Emma focuses her practice on complex commercial matters, including consumer class actions and breach of contract disputes.
On these cases, Emma has drafted motions, conducted key legal research, and assisted in various discovery matters. Emma also has experience advising clients on a range of retail and e-commerce issues.
Emma has a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. While in law school, she was part of the Federal Litigation Clinic, representing clients in federal court, defending against criminal charges, and preparing them for court appearances. In recognition of her commitment to pro bono and community service, she received the Archibald M. Murray Public Service Award for completing over 250 hours of service.
Prior to law school, Emma was a paralegal at the New York District Attorney’s Office, where she worked in the courtroom, assisting judges and clerks with filings and supporting attorneys during proceedings.
