Emma is a law clerk in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. She has experience interviewing clients and drafting amicus briefs, discovery requests, interrogatories, and motions.
Prior to law school, Emma was a paralegal at the New York District Attorney’s Office, where she worked in the courtroom, assisting judges and clerks with filings and supporting attorneys during proceedings. While in law school, she was part of Fordham’s Federal Litigation Clinic, representing clients in federal court, defending against criminal charges, and preparing them for court appearances. In recognition of her commitment to pro bono and community service, she received the Archibald M. Murray Public Service Award for completing over 250 hours of service.
