Overview
Emma focuses her practice on all aspects of employment law, including litigation in state and federal courts, alternative dispute resolution forums and administrative agencies for claims involving Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA) and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
She represents a wide range of employers, advising on complex litigation matters as well as developing innovative litigation strategies and workplace solutions for clients. She also counsels clients outside the courtroom on issues related to workplace law compliance and employee relations.
Her proactive approach offers employers realistic solutions in high-pressure, sensitive situations to achieve their litigation goals, reduce future risk and foster positive, productive workplace environments that are positioned for future success and employee satisfaction.
