Overview
Hannah focuses her practice on litigation, focusing on commercial and contractual disputes. Dedicated, strategic, and detail-oriented, she protects her clients’ interests by providing practical guidance that minimizes disruption and aligns with their business goals.
During law school, Hannah externed with the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas and at the Ohio Supreme Court in Justice Jennifer Brunner’s chambers. There, she wrote jurisdictional memorandums on certiorari petitions, conducted legal research and prepared a bench memorandum, gaining insight into various areas of litigation. As Executive Editor of the Ohio State Law Journal, she managed a team of over 90 law students, developing strong organizational and leadership skills.
What I Do
Experience
Represented a natural gas pipeline company in a dispute over property damage caused by a contractor exceeding mowing limits on a pipeline right-of-way. Benesch secured dismissal of claims against the parent company and obtained voluntary dismissal of our client after clarifying easement terms and contractor responsibility.
