Jim’s track record of success at every stage of litigation, including motions to dismiss, summary judgment, and at trial is a result of his down to earth and hands on approach to every facet of his work. When he’s not litigating, Jim also serves as a trusted advisor for his clients, taking ownership of their problems and helping them find creative solutions, evaluate legal exposure, negotiate with third parties, etc.
