Overview
Jamie represents clients in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts. She has diverse litigation experience including briefing and motions practice, offensive and defensive discovery, taking and defending depositions, and the evaluation, development, and preparation of fact and expert witnesses.
Jamie maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing habeas petitioners in federal district and appellate courts and representing refugees seeking asylum both in immigration court and before the Board of Immigration Appeals.
