Overview

Jaquan represents clients in complex corporate and commercial litigation matters in both state and federal court.

His practice covers all phases of litigation, including pre-suit investigation and settlement negotiations, managing document discovery, taking depositions, drafting and arguing motions, mediation, and trial.

Jaquan currently serves on Benesch’s Hiring Committee and Associate Development Committee. Prior to joining Benesch, Jaquan served as a law clerk for Justice Stewart of the Supreme Court of Ohio and was an extern for Judge Sara Lioi of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
