Overview

Jared concentrates on complex commercial litigation and bankruptcies. His work includes assignments for the benefit of creditors, shareholders’ rights litigation, trade-secrets cases, and both restructurings and liquidations in bankruptcy court.

Jared earned his J.D. from the Emory University School of Law, where he served as Managing Editor of the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal.

Before law school, Jared worked as a paralegal at both an intellectual-property boutique firm and a litigation and appellate boutique firm in Washington, D.C.
