Jennifer has over two decades of experience in both transactional and litigation aspects of bankruptcy reorganizations, liquidations, and out-of-court workouts.
Jennifer regularly represents debtors, Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 trustees, creditors’ committees, secured and unsecured creditors, liquidating trustees and parties to adversary proceedings in Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and nationwide. Jennifer also represents clients in all stages of litigation before the state and federal courts in Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Jennifer’s experience spans a variety of industries, including energy, healthcare, lending, manufacturing, private equity, real estate, retail, technology, telecommunications and transportation.
Additionally, Jennifer maintains a Delaware opinion practice on aspects of Delaware law and certain aspects of federal law, including bankruptcy law.
