Overview
Jonathan handles all aspects of a diverse construction transactional and litigation practice. His practice focuses on construction and design documents associated with private and public development and redevelopment projects on behalf of owners, lenders, design professionals and construction professionals. Jonathan’s clients include corporate and institutional owners and developers as well as real estate and hospitality industry companies.
Jonathan has extensive experience working on a range of construction projects, spanning across many types of facilities used in many commercial industries and residential development. In addition, he provides litigation support to many clients and has experience resolving disputes and dealing with claims in court and ADR proceedings. This experience allows Jonathan to mitigate risks and manage potential disputes on behalf of clients and other stakeholders.

Represented a large privately owned real estate investment and development company with 8 million square feet of office space throughout the United States in connection with design and construction of various of its assets.*
