Overview
Maggie advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as publicly and privately held companies, on a wide range of complex commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, co-investments and corporate governance matters.
Maggie takes pride in supporting clients through critical transactions by providing practical, business-focused counsel. Her experience includes advising on stock and asset acquisitions, platform and add-on investments and strategic carve-outs, as well as negotiating rollover equity arrangements and equity incentive agreements. She also assists with coordinating pre-closing reorganizations and subsidiary formations and implementing post-closing structures designed to preserve and enhance transaction value.
Maggie maintains a particular focus on middle-market transactions and has worked across a variety of industries, including construction, aviation, manufacturing and professional services. She approaches each transaction with a focus on protecting value, managing risk and advancing her clients’ strategic objectives.
