Overview

Marissa Hight focuses her practice on commercial real estate finance and complex financing transactions, representing banks, lending institutions, owners and institutional investors in sophisticated financing matters involving a wide range of asset classes and financing structures.

Marissa advises clients on all aspects of commercial real estate loan transactions, including CMBS, C-PACE, USDA, portfolio, mezzanine, bridge and construction loans. She works closely with clients to structure and execute financing arrangements that support acquisitions, development projects, refinancings and long-term investment objectives for multifamily properties, hotels, industrial assets, retail properties, commercial and mixed-use developments, and healthcare facilities.

A significant component of Marissa’s practice involves healthcare finance transactions. She advises lenders, investors and healthcare providers in connection with the financing of hospitals, senior living communities, skilled nursing facilities and other healthcare assets, bringing to bear her deep experience with both real estate-backed and operationally complex healthcare investments.
