Overview
Nathan is an experienced litigator who represents both public and private companies in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration. His practice focuses on complex business and commercial matters, contract disputes and consumer-related litigation, including class action defense.
Nathan has represented business entities of all sizes across a wide array of industries. He has helped his clients successfully resolve disputes through all phases of litigation, from initial counseling prior to the initiation of formal proceedings to all stages of discovery and motion practice, and ultimately to resolution through settlement or trial.
Before joining Benesch, Nathan clerked for the Honorable Pamela A. Barker of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. While clerking, Nathan gained valuable insight into the judicial decision-making process, which he uses throughout his practice to help his clients strategically navigate each stage of litigation.
