Nathan has experience representing both public and private companies in state and federal court, as well as in arbitration. His practice focuses on complex business and commercial matters, contract disputes, and consumer-related litigation, including class action defense.
He has experience with all phases of litigation, including counseling clients prior to the initiation of formal proceedings, all stages of discovery and motion practice, and resolution through settlement or trial. Before joining Benesch, Nathan clerked for the Honorable Pamela A. Barker of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
