Nora represents clients in complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal court, and before various arbitration tribunals.
Nora also has experience defending companies in consumer-related litigation involving the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and state law claims.
Nora has experience in electronic discovery and discovery management and is a member of the Firm’s e-Discovery Committee. She has managed e-discovery processes for multiple clients and matters, including negotiating ESI protocols with opposing counsel, supervising preservation and collection of documents, negotiating search terms and custodians, supervising multiple levels of document review for responsiveness and privilege, and overseeing final document productions. Prior to joining Benesch, Nora was a staff attorney at a law firm where she worked on a team responsible for managing e-discovery in the liquidation of a major Wall Street investment firm.
