Overview

Jack focuses his practice on corporate transactions and mergers and acquisitions. His experience includes structuring and negotiating credit facilities for commercial finance transactions, conducting M&A due diligence and preparing ancillary documents, and drafting closing deliverables for a range of transactions.

In addition to serving as a summer associate at Benesch, Jack also worked as a law clerk at a boutique firm and as a legal intern for an in-house legal team, where he assisted with Series E funding initiatives and corporate governance matters. He gained practical experience drafting and reviewing contracts and supporting fund formation diligence.

Analytical and detail-oriented, Jack supports clients as a thoughtful dealmaker and advisor, helping them pursue growth and advance their core business objectives.
