Sydni is an associate attorney driven by a lifelong passion for justice and advocacy. Guided by a strong sense of fairness and belief in the power of words, she is dedicated to using the law to make a meaningful difference for her clients. Sydni views the role of an attorney as a profound responsibility—standing up for clients when they need it most and serving as their voice in high-stakes situations.

Sydni’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. She has supported trial teams across the country in matters involving bankruptcy, environmental, and contractual issues. Her interests also include constitutional and administrative law, environmental and construction matters, and general commercial litigation, reflecting her commitment to developing a broad and versatile practice.

Her perspective as a new associate has been shaped by hands-on experiences, including an externship with Judge Charles E. Fleming at the Northern District of Ohio, where she gained insight into judicial processes and the importance of precise advocacy. As managing associate for Cleveland State Law’s Journal of Law and Health, she refined her attention to detail and leadership skills. Sydni’s summer associate experience further fueled her passion for teamwork and collaborative problem-solving.

Sydni also previously externed with the  United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Ohio, where she participated in a mock trial that sparked her enthusiasm for trial work. She has also contributed to environmental government initiatives, which underscored the value of building community relationships in achieving positive outcomes. As a teaching  assistant for a Legislation and Regulation course, she developed her ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly.
