Benesch represented Aero 3, Inc. and its subsidiaries (“AeroRepair”), a portfolio company of Weinberg Capital Group (“Weinberg”), in the acquisition by GenNx360 Capital Partners.

AeroRepair is the largest independent maintenance, repair and overhaul platform in North America focusing on wheels, brakes, batteries and landing gear for regional and mainline airlines, as well as corporate fleets. AeroRepair also designs, engineers and manufactures aftermarket aircraft components under an FAA Parts Manufacturer Approval certification. Founded in 1994, AeroRepair is headquartered in Londonderry, New Hampshire with six strategic locations throughout North America.

Weinberg is a private equity firm that invests in lower middle market companies throughout North America across a broad range of industries including manufacturing, business services, medical and healthcare, aerospace, consumer products and distribution.
