Altus Capital has acquired GED Integrated Solutions.
Altus Capital, represented by Benesch, invests in corporate divestitures, management-led buyouts, and privately-held or family-owned businesses with manufacturing operations centered in the Midwest or Eastern United States.
GED Integrated Solutions, a portfolio company of Brockway Moran and Partners (since September 2005), manufactures equipment to fabricate insulating glass and vinyl windows for the residential window and patio door industries. The company is headquartered in Twinsburg, OH.
The Benesch team was led by Joe Tegreene and included Corey Sparks, Richard Tracanna, Kevin Margolis, Steven Moss, Claudia Taller, Risto Pribisch and Duncan Poirier.
