Benesch represented Fosler Construction Co. in its sale to Akron-based Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises, Inc. B&W completed its acquisition of a majority interest in Illinois’ Fosler Construction Co., a solar energy contractor. Fosler will now be part of the B&W Renewable business segment, under the name Fosler Solar, a Babcock & Wilcox company.
