As Benesch continues to add to its roster of top-notch legal talent, the firm is pleased to welcome Associate Kari L. Heinze to the Benesch Healthcare+ Practice Group in Columbus.
Kari focuses her practice on Business Services, Healthcare, and Dental practice groups. She has experience in providing general counsel to businesses and professional healthcare practices in a variety of legal areas, including business management and operations advice. Kari helps guide healthcare clients through ownership changes, including practice purchases and sales, mergers and acquisitions, and associate buy-ins. In addition, she provides advice related to state board licensing and investigations, as well as compliance with HIPAA and other federal regulations. Kari also assists clients with entity formation and restructuring and real estate purchases, sales, and leases.
Kari received her J.D. from Capital University Law School and her B.S.B.A in Finance from The Ohio State University.
