Benesch client, Gridiron Capital, recently sold a majority stake of portfolio company, Rough Country, to TSG Consumer Products.
The Benesch team was led by Mike Mozes and Mitch Gecht and included Gregg Eisenberg, Rick Tracanna and Brian Mielcusny.
