Benesch client, HEXPOL, a world-leading polymers group with strong global market positions in advanced polymer compounds, has acquired Preferred Compounding Corporation from Audax Private Equity.
The Benesch team was led by Megan Mehalko and included Michael Mozes, Brian Mielcusny, Rick Tracanna, Kevin Margolis, Lisa Kimmel, Cheryl Donahue and Ryan Krisby.
