Jonathan Todd, Vice Chair of Benesch’s Transportation & Logistics Practice Group, was interviewed by Jeff Berman on the Logistics Management podcast to discuss key issues and developments shaping the logistics industry.

Jonathan addressed the rollout of the White House’s tariffs dating back to January, the status of the Court of International Trade’s ruling on the White House’s tariff implementation, and the U.S. Trade Representative’s Section 301 investigation into China’s targeting of the maritime, logistics, and shipbuilding sectors. He also provided insight into how supply chain stakeholders should interpret the new 40% “transshipment tariffs” and shared his outlook for the 2025 Peak Season.
