Benesch represented Sioux Chief Manufacturing, a leading family-owned plumbing manufacturer based in Kansas City, Missouri, in the acquisition of the combined businesses of Wire Products Company & Globe Pipe Hanger Products Inc., a full-service manufacturer of highly-complex, close tolerance precision machined components.
