Benesch represented Trace3, a premier provider of advanced technology consultation services and solutions, in a definitive agreement to acquire LaSalle Solutions, a business division of Fifth Third Bank. The acquisition of LaSalle Solutions will significantly increase Trace3’s national footprint and continue a rich history of strategic and organic growth for the company. The transaction is expected to close in April of 2022.
