The application process for the Benesch 1L + 2L Fellowship Program, a two-summer experience, is open now through Monday, January 26th.
For students seeking to apply for their 2L summer only , the application process for our 2027 2L Summer Associate program is also open now.
Students should only apply to one program. Those who apply for the 1L + 2L Fellowship Program will also be considered for the 2L Summer Associate Program and will not need to reapply.
Students are strongly encouraged to submit their application in November/December and return in January to submit their first semester law transcript immediately upon receipt, as applications will be considered on a rolling basis and applying early may be advantageous. Applications should be submitted directly to the firm via the application portal on our careers page.
Benesch accepts applications primarily through our direct apply portal but may also participate in select OCI and resume collect programs on law school campuses nationwide. Students are encouraged to apply through our Direct Apply portal as their primary means of application but may also supplement to maximize opportunity by applying through these law school hosted programs and career fairs.
