In this session, the mechanisms by which structured ideation and establishing an innovation culture in both an academic medical center and community hospital setting will be discussed. Newly-developed “just add water” solutions to set up an innovation infrastructure in smaller locations will be introduced with an emphasis on collaborations and alliances.
