Parker, an attorney in Benesch’s Intellectual Property Practice Group, was featured in the American Bar Association’s June/July 2025 Landslide Magazine issue, Ethics, Efficiency, and Equity in IP. Her article is titled, “U.S. Supreme Court Rules No Time Bar on Recovery of Copyright Damages, Leaves Accrual Question on Repeat.”
