Benesch Adds Associate to Commercial Finance & Banking Team in Columbus

As Benesch continues to add to its roster of top-notch legal talent, the firm is pleased to welcome Associate Philip Silverman to the Commercial Finance & Banking Practice Group in Columbus.

Philip represents private companies and SBIC funds in asset and equity transactions, related reorganizations, and complex debt financings. He has experience managing transactions, drafting numerous documents, and working with partners to meet deal objectives within strict deadlines.

Philip earned his joint J.D. and M.B.A. from Capital University Law School & Capital University School of Management and his Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University.
