Benesch Adds Associate to Corporate & Securities Team in New York

As Benesch continues to add to its roster of top-notch legal talent, the firm is pleased to welcome Associate Molly Carroll to the Corporate & Securities Practice Group in New York.

Molly focuses her practice on a spectrum of corporate legal areas including public and private company mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, financings, commercial transactions, and general corporate advisory. She possesses extensive experience across various industries, including technology, media and entertainment, life sciences, emerging companies, cannabis, consumer products and professional services.

Molly also has experience with securities matters and represents issuers and underwriters on initial public offerings, shelf registrations and public and private equity offerings. In addition, Molly represents publicly held companies with their reporting obligations under the Exchange Act and with NASDAQ, NYSE and other exchange listing and compliance matters.

Molly earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Delaware.
