Overview

Molly advises private equity sponsors, family offices, and portfolio company management teams, as well as publicly traded and privately held companies, on complex transactions and corporate matters, with a focus on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, buyouts, growth investments, and other strategic transactions. 

In her practice, Molly serves as a trusted advisor to management teams and boards throughout the ownership life cycle, helping them navigate strategic opportunities and day-to-day business challenges while remaining focused on the objectives of both the company and its investors. She also counsels clients on deal structuring, equity financings, corporate restructurings, corporate governance, and general corporate matters.

Additionally, Molly has experience representing issuers, underwriters, and publicly held companies on securities law matters, including initial public offerings, shelf registrations, and other securities offerings. Drawing on her experience across a wide variety of industries, including professional services, technology, media and entertainment, consumer products, healthcare, life sciences, and emerging companies, Molly helps clients implement practical, business-focused solutions that support growth, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation.
