Benesch Adds Associate to Intellectual Property Team in San Francisco

As Benesch continues to add to its roster of top-notch legal talent, the firm is pleased to welcome Associate Hayk Snkhcyan to the Intellectual Property/3iP Practice Group in San Francisco.

Hayk focuses his practice on Intellectual Property. He has experience performing prior art patentability analysis to determine novelty and non-obviousness and analyzing patent infringement claims. In addition, Hayk has interpreted obligations under license agreements and material transfer agreements and performed previous art searches to create claim charts and memos.

Hayk earned his J.D. from the University of California Davis School of Law and his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of California, Riverside.
