David is an experienced attorney specializing in commercial real estate transactions, specifically acquisitions, dispositions, and financing. With a strong background in mediation, structured finance and real estate, he excels in all complex legal matters.

David earned his J.D. from Emory University School of Law and his Bachelor of Business Administration from City University of New York – Queens College.
