Benesch Adds Scott M. Eckel to Litigation Team in Chicago

Benesch, one of the fastest-growing firms on the AmLaw 200 list, is pleased to welcome Associate Scott M. Eckel to the Litigation Practice Group in Chicago.

Scott is proficient in navigating complex legal landscapes. With a strategic approach, he has drafted and reviewed a variety of motions across different contexts. He excels in preparing and defending witnesses for cross-examination while managing potential settlements.

In addition, Scott’s expertise extends to crafting briefs to effectuate complex and pioneering legislation. He confidently presents oral arguments to commissions in various dockets and represents client positions in multiple hearings. 

Scott earned his J.D. from Creighton University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Legal Studies from the University of Wisconsin.
