Benesch Advises Cyprium Partners in Recapitalization of Remprex

Benesch served as legal advisor to Cyprium Partners in its recapitalization of Remprex, a leading provider of technology-driven solutions for the intermodal railroad and logistics industry. This deal allows Cyprium to strengthen Remprex’s financial position and supports its continued growth.
The Benesch team was led by Bob Ross, Michael Beer, and Brian Mielcusny, with significant contributions from Ross Kirchick, Rick Tracanna, Bill Schonberg, Matt Delguyd, Ira Kaplan, Scott Fishman, Brian Lee, and David Welsh. The team guided Cyprium and Remprex through a recapitalization and refinancing process, ensuring a structure that positions Remprex for long-term success.
