Benesch Advises Cyprium Partners in Recapitalization of Remprex

Benesch served as legal advisor to Cyprium Partners in its recapitalization of Remprex, a leading provider of technology-driven solutions for the intermodal railroad and logistics industry. This deal allows Cyprium to strengthen Remprex’s financial position and supports its continued growth.
