Benesch advised Alpine Investors-backed Mosaic Service Partners in its acquisition of Clarity Windows & Doors, a Texas-based provider of residential window and door replacement services.
Founded in 2002, Clarity serves homeowners across the Dallas–Fort Worth region and will continue operating under its existing brand and leadership.
A Benesch team led by Corporate Partners Chris Hopkins, Michael Fisher, and Kevin Humphries and Tax Partner Leah Beitner, with associates Kristo Pantelides and Nicolette Eddy, represented Mosaic in the transaction.
