Benesch Advises TowerBrook Capital Partners on Acquisition of Majority Stake in Industry-Leading Berkeley Research Group

Benesch advised private equity firm TowerBrook Capital Partners on its definitive agreement to acquire a majority equity stake of Berkeley Research Group, an industry-leading expert services and consulting firm. The transaction was announced on February 27, 2025. Founded 15 years ago, BRG boasts more than 1,600 professionals serving the world’s largest law firms, government agencies and corporations, with deep expertise across a variety of sectors including healthcare, energy, construction, technology, retail and financial services.
