The article reports that U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Scott Everett overruled objections from Merit Street and Peteski Productions and ordered both companies to comply with discovery requests from creditors, including Trinity Broadcasting and PBR. PBR has asserted a $181.4 million breach of contract claim and joined Trinity in seeking dismissal of the bankruptcy on grounds it was filed in bad faith and without corporate authorization.
