Benesch Facilitates Milestone Joint Venture for Client Niedax Group

Benesch is proud to announce its pivotal role in facilitating a joint venture agreement between our client, leading worldwide cable management systems supplier Niedax Group, and ABB, a global technology leader in electrification and automation. Aimed at expanding cable tray system supply capabilities across North America, this strategic partnership marks a significant development in the electrical components industry, reflecting the growing demand for innovative and efficient infrastructure solutions.
Following negotiations supported by Benesch, ABB and Niedax Group signed the joint venture agreement on Monday, May 6. The collaboration is expected to close in Q4 of this year. The Benesch team, led by Christina Hultsch, provided skilled legal guidance throughout the negotiations, ensuring a seamless process and alignment with best industry practices.
