This recognition highlights Daniel’s outstanding accomplishments, leadership and meaningful contributions to New York’s healthcare community.
The annual list honors healthcare professionals whose dedication, vision and commitment to excellence set a high standard across the industry. Honorees are selected through a competitive peer nomination and editorial review process, underscoring their professional achievements and impact on the healthcare sector.
“We congratulate Daniel on this well-deserved honor,” said Healthcare Practice Group Chair Frank Carsonie. “His deep knowledge, strategic insight and unwavering dedication have made a lasting impact on our clients and on the advancement of healthcare delivery in New York, and across the country.”
With nearly two decades of healthcare law experience, Daniel advises acute, long-term and post-acute providers and their ancillary businesses on complex regulatory, transactional and advocacy matters. He is frequently retained for national and cross-border issues involving fraud and abuse risks, corporate structuring, regulatory compliance and business strategy—guidance that strengthens his clients’ market readiness. He also advises institutional and private investors on acquisitions and growth opportunities, including compliance, licensure, reimbursement, HIPAA, telehealth, and key fraud and abuse laws.
In addition to his legal practice, Daniel is actively involved in several industry associations and community initiatives. He is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, the Health Care Compliance Association, and the Health Law Sections of both the New York State and New Jersey State Bar Associations. He also serves on the Executive Healthcare Committee of the UJA-Federation of New York.
Daniel’s accomplishments have earned him widespread recognition. He is recognized by Chambers, Best Lawyers® and New York Super Lawyers for his work in healthcare law.
