Mark Silberman, Vice Chair of Benesch’s Healthcare Practice Group, was recently quoted in the Modern Healthcare article, “Hospitals may get millions after Medicare DSH ruling”. The article examines a recent federal court ruling that vacated a 2023 regulation affecting Medicare disproportionate-share hospital (DSH) payment calculations and the potential financial impact on safety-net hospitals.
