Benesch Ranks Ninth in Nation in Mid-Level Associates Survey

The annual survey examined 11 areas that contribute to job satisfaction for the associates including: relationships with partners and other associates, the interest and satisfaction level of work, training and guidance, policy on billables, management openness about firm strategies and partnership opportunities, compensation and benefits, and the respondents’ inclination to stay at their firm for at least two more years.
