Benesch is pleased to announce that it served as legal counsel to Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., LPA (“Weltman”), a nationally recognized creditors’ rights and collections law firm celebrating nearly 96 years of service, in its acquisition of Nathan & Nathan, P.C. (“Nathan & Nathan”), a Southeast-based law firm.
The acquisition significantly expands Weltman’s geographic footprint throughout the Southeast, adding established operations and expertise across Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, and Tennessee. The addition of Nathan & Nathan strengthens Weltman’s ability to provide clients with seamless legal representation and recovery solutions across an even broader national platform, while preserving the local relationships and expertise that have been instrumental to Nathan & Nathan’s success over the past three decades.
