Benesch Represents Clarendon Capital in Acquisition of O’Donnell Metal Deck & Bar Joist

Benesch served as legal counsel to Clarendon Capital in its acquisition of O’Donnell Metal Deck & Bar Joist (OMD), a leading value-added distributor of metal decking, steel bar joists, and related structural products serving the commercial construction industry across the United States.

The Benesch team was led by Corporate Partners Christopher Hopkins and Nicole Yoon, and Tax Partner Jessica Angney, with support from Corporate Associates Molly Carroll and Nicolette Eddy.

Founded as a regional distributor, OMD has grown into one of the nation’s leading independent distributors of metal deck and steel bar joist products, supported by a nationwide network of locations and logistics capabilities.
