Stephanie, Chair of Benesch’s powerhouse Retail & E-Commerce Practice, is widely recognized as one of the first attorneys in the country to build a dedicated retail practice counseling both brick-and-mortar and e-commerce retailers — from big box stores to prominent luxury brands and promising startups — on all aspects of risk mitigation, regulatory compliance and litigation. As a first-chair defense attorney, Stephanie has successfully defended more than 50 consumer class action matters spanning consumer fraud, privacy, deceptive pricing, false advertising, call recording suits and more. Her outstanding leadership landed Stephanie recognition as the only woman to be named an “MVP in Retail & E-Commerce” by Law360, and the only attorney to hold this title for four consecutive years.
