Benesch Welcomes Accomplished Litigator Eileen DeLucia as Partner in New York Office

Benesch is pleased to announce that Eileen DeLucia has joined the firm as a partner in its Litigation Practice Group in New York. Eileen brings a wealth of experience representing major financial institutions, securitization trustees, class action plaintiffs, escrow and brokerage companies, insurers, investors, and other sophisticated clients in complex commercial disputes.

Eileen’s litigation experience spans state and federal courts nationwide, with significant work in New York’s Commercial Division. Her practice covers a broad spectrum of issues, including breach of contract actions, antitrust violations, insurance coverage disputes, wire and securities fraud, and constitutional claims.
Eileen’s work has been recognized by numerous organizations, including being named a 2021 Notable Woman in Law by Crain’s New York Business, a 2018 Woman Worth Watching by Profiles in Diversity Journal, and a multi-year Rising Star and Top Women Attorney by New York Metro Super Lawyers. She was also recognized as a 2026 One to Watch by Best Lawyers.
