Benesch Welcomes BigLaw Partner Amanda Gottlieb to Corporate Practice Group in New York

Benesch is pleased to announce that Amanda Gottlieb, a former Kirkland & Ellis partner and experienced dealmaker, has joined the firm’s Corporate Practice Group in New York. She represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in multimillion and billion-dollar strategic transactions, guiding clients through complex legal and commercial issues at pivotal moments for their businesses.

Amanda has extensive experience structuring, negotiating and executing mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, minority investments, joint ventures and corporate reorganizations. She also advises sponsors, boards of directors and executive management teams on day-to-day corporate governance, compliance, capitalization and contractual matters.
Amanda practiced at Kirkland & Ellis for eight years. She earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law and her B.A. from The University of Michigan.
